Inside the dining hall. They have a station with a different international food each day, and every cafeteria on Elon's campus has an gluten free/allergen free station.
The food prep is visible, and they use color coded cutting boards and utensils for the gluten free area to ensure there isn't any cross contamination.

It was a beautiful cermony with music with live organ, brass ensemble, and fanfare trumpets, 36 flags from the countries represented in the class of 2017, and an inspiring address by president Leo Lambert.
Recessional
Recessional: I was able to catch Katherine through the crowd. Each student walks through the line of professors and receives and acorn symbolizing potential. When they graduate they will recieve an oak sapling. (Elon means "Oak" in Hebrew).
